Common questions

Does it work with VoiceOver? Yes — PicExplainer is designed VoiceOver-first. Every screen, including the camera, is fully usable by touch and speech. With VoiceOver on, results are read in your own VoiceOver voice.

How accurate is it? PicExplainer uses AI and tells you how confident it is. When it cannot read a label clearly, it says so rather than guessing. Always verify important information with your teacher or textbook.

How do school codes work? Your school receives one activation code that unlocks the app for its students. Enter it on the subscription screen under "Have a school code?".

How do I cancel? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PicExplainer Pro → Cancel. Your saved diagrams stay readable after cancelling.

What happens to my photos? Photos are analysed and never stored on our servers. Your diagram library lives on your device.
